Five-star Cork welcome for works by Salvador Dalí and Liam O’Neill at outdoor exhibition

One of Ireland’s most popular and visually striking arts events returns to Cork in June 2026. Work by international artists like Salvador Dalí, Andy Warhol, Banksy and Tracey Emin is shown alongside Irish contemporary artists and sculptors like renowned West Kerry artist Liam O’Neill, who has latterly expanded his practice into sculpture.

Art + Soul, a free outdoor art and sculpture exhibition, returns to Castlemartyr Resort in Cork for its fourth year, running daily from June 1–28. Hosted by Gormleys in the grounds of an 18th-century manor estate, it features more than 350 artworks, including over 100 life-size sculptures displayed in the open air, with paintings shown inside the hotel. Last year’s edition drew 10,000 visitors. A standout this year is a rare presentation of sculptural works by Salvador Dalí, alongside smaller pieces by the surrealist, including his sensual, myth-laden Unicorn.

The show pairs international names such as Andy Warhol, Banksy and Tracey Emin with Irish contemporary artists. West Kerry painter Liam O’Neill presents new bronzes developed through his collaboration with Bronzesmith Fine Art Foundry, and Irish sculpture is well represented through figures like Eamonn Ceannt, Ian Pollock and Patrick O’Reilly.

The exhibition is open 11am–7pm with free guided tours at noon, 2pm and 4pm.
